Upstream Publications Limited (UPL) is a Media, Publishing and Communications service provider registered under the Companies Act, 1995. We are based in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, but our reach extend far beyond those borders. Our clients include private sector firms, local and international NGOs, government agencies and individuals.
UPL is also committed to finding green solutions to publishing. We have started by reviewing our own operations and converting our flagship Upstream Magazine to an online format. UpstreamMagazine.com was launched on April 2, 2009. Upstream Publications Limited is also firmly committed to the global response against HIV and AIDS. AIDS affects the workplace and as part of our core services UPL offers Information Education and Communication (IEC) training sessions aimed at effecting behaviour change among target groups. These sessions are usually conducted among employees in the workplace or leaders and members of faith-based organisations.
